Diva R. Mejias is a Main Street Certified Tax Advisor (MSCTA©), IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA), and bilingual (English/Spanish) tax strategist serving high-income earners, small business owners, real estate investors, and underserved immigrant communities. As Founder and President of DM Financial Services, Inc. and Complete Tax & Business Solutions, Inc., she has built her practice around a single mission: high-quality tax strategy should not be reserved for the top 1%.
As an IRS-authorized Electronic Return Originator (ERO) overseeing multi-unit tax preparation operations across English-language and Spanish-language retail brands, Diva has overseen the processing of thousands of tax returns over the course of her career. Her bilingual operational depth is documentary evidence supporting her credential as one of the few advisors equipped to serve both English-speaking high-income earners and underserved Spanish-speaking communities at the national level.
Diva trained directly under Mark J. Kohler through the Main Street Tax Pro© program and served on the MSTP© Advisory Board (2023 to 2026). In 2023, she was personally invited by Mark J. Kohler to deliver "Tax Planning for Undocumented Workers and Resident Aliens" as a Featured Speaker at the Tax and Legal 360 Conference©, where she became one of the few credentialed bilingual voices teaching cross-border and immigrant-population tax planning at the national level. She has presented four sessions at Mark Kohler's flagship national conference across 2023 and 2025.

Diva holds an MBA from Bellevue University and a B.S. in Accountancy from Saint Peter's University. Her professional credentials include the Main Street Certified Tax Advisor (MSCTA©) designation, IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) status for ITIN application processing, the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC®) designation, and licensed REALTOR® status with CENTURY 21 Edge in Orlando, FL and CENTURY 21 in Bellevue, NE. She is also a multi-state licensed insurance broker.
Earlier in her career, Diva served as District Controller for United Parcel Service's Central Pennsylvania District, where she managed multi-million-dollar budgets, negotiated contracts, and led cost-planning processes for both operations and non-operations functions before retiring in 2010. The 31 years of corporate finance experience are the foundation of her work today: she brings boardroom-level financial discipline to Main Street business owners who deserve the same tools the top 1% have always used.
Diva continues to serve her communities as Treasurer of the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and its Foundation, Treasurer of the Metro Omaha Women's Business Center, Chair of Latinas Unidas in Omaha, a Board Member of Bellevue University, and a former member of the Mark J. Kohler Main Street Professionals Board of Advisors. She is the author of two books, co-author of one, and contributing author to two anthologies.
Her recognition includes the Salute to Families Award (2016), the Bloc 50 Over 50 Award (2021), the Annual Tribute to Women Award from the Women's Center for Advancement (2023), and a 2026 recognition from the Metro Omaha Women's Business Center for "breaking generational tax curses, building generational wealth, one family at a time."
Diva was born in New York and now splits her time between Florida and Nebraska. She and her husband Al married in 1975 and have built a life together for over fifty years. They are the proud parents of two adult children and the grandparents of six. Her practice is built on the same principle she lives by at home: numbers tell a story, and the stories we choose to write with our money shape every generation that follows.
